During her work as a scientist, she explored various treatment approaches, including Reiki, bioenergy, and Access Bars. She holds a diploma in cognitive behavioral hypnotherapy and a degree from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
As a holistic health coach with a medical background, she understands the individuality of each person and the uniqueness of the path to optimal health. She helps and supports her clients in identifying their specific needs and developing a personalized, balanced lifestyle.
