As part of your VIVAMAYR Health Journey, the phase following your stay at our Medical Health Resort entails greater personal responsibility on your part. We make sure to support and accompany you during this important period. From experience, many questions do not arise until you go about your daily life, and a gentle transition from the alkaline diet to normal nutrition often comes with various challenges. And it is often only later on that more detailed health-related questions also pop up. This is why we have put together an appropriate postcare offer for you, which will help you to establish your new lifestyle simply and rapidly.
Postcare Offer
In week 1, you will have a nutrition counseling session. During this session, you will discuss how you are getting on with the new habits, and which rules you should absolutely adhere to throughout the next 2-3 weeks. In week 2, you will talk to one of our doctors about your health-related progress and the correct approach to dietary supplements. You will find out the best way to maintain your newly obtained well-being in the long term. In week 3, we will go into your personal nutrition recommendations in more depth and provide you with valuable tips for the weeks and months ahead.
