Follow the instructions on the package for easy and fast chewing trainers from your own kitchen. Chewing trainers are an important part of a healthy diet and help to maintain the chewing behavior learned during the course. The organic products used guarantee the highest quality.
Mix together the flour and water in a bowl. Divide the dough up to make little flat loaves of about 70 g each (US 2,46 oz). Leave them to rise on a lightly floured tray, for about 30 minutes, then prick in a preheated oven at 175°C (374°F US) for about 15-17 minutes. Cover after baking with dry kitchen towel and let the bread rest after baking for one day before eating.
