Shipping Costs

We ship within the EU, to the UK and to Switzerland. Please refer to the following list for the respective delivery costs. These are charged for a standard shipment and are based on the weight of the shipment.

For shipping enquiries to other countries which are currently not on this list, please contact shop@vivamayr.com

* For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Please inform yourself about the current import regulations at the local authorities before placing your order.

Delivery time

The shipment will be made within 1-3 days after receipt of your order or after receipt of payment. The delivery time is 1-2 working days in Austria and Germany and 3-6 working days in the rest of the EU. It is extended appropriately if a delay in delivery is caused by circumstances for which we are not responsible, in particular holidays, circumstances of force majeure, transport bottlenecks of the courier, etc..
Deliveries are made exclusively by our service partners DPD and Post AG. We assume no liability for incorrect deliveries or delays due to incomplete or incorrect data.
We will send you the shipping confirmation by e-mail, where you will also receive your parcel label number and the link to track your parcel. In addition, the respective courier will also notify you by e-mail before the scheduled delivery, and will give you a delivery window in which you can expect your package.
Please make sure that our packages are shipped from Austria. The Online Shop team is not available on Austrian holidays and also on weekends.
