Curry seasoning with a fruity pineapple flavour – ideal for various poultry and fish dishes, as well as vegetable and rice dishes

The fruity pineapple note combines harmoniously with a balanced blend of coriander, turmeric, paprika, ginger, cumin, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, pepper, celery, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, chillies, fennel, cloves, allspice seeds, garlic, nutmeg, onion and caraway. The flavour is mild and fruity, with a barely perceptible spiciness.

Recommended use

For a perfect flavour, it is recommended to add the pineapple curry spice towards the end of the preparation to preserve the fruity note. The fruit powder loses its flavour at temperatures above 50 degrees, so it should be added just before serving. The gentle and pleasantly fruity flavour is ideal for poultry, fish, a variety of vegetables as well as rice dishes, shashlik, meat stock, sauces, soups and desserts.
