Baking mixture for the production of buckwheat chewing-trainers at home. Follow the instructions on the packaging for easy and fast chewing trainers from your own kitchen. Chewing trainers are an important part of a healthy diet and help to maintain the chewing behavior learned during the course. The products used guarantee the highest quality.
Recipe: 800 g spelt baking mix, approximately 0.5 l lukewarm water
Preparation: Mix the flour and water in a bowl. Divide the dough up to make little flat loaves of about 70 g each (US 2.46 oz). Leave them to rise on a lightly floured tray for about 30 minutes, then prick and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (374°F US) for about 15-17 minutes. Cover aft er baking with dry kitchen towel and let the bread rest aft er baking for one day before eating. It is then ready to serve and to help train you to chew.
